New fischer liquid fixing fischer fill & fix

Quick and easy in any building material

A unique system for fixing light-weight building components and for repairing broken-out drill holes for use in any building material, presented by the fischer group of companies of Waldachtal: the new fill & fix liquid fixing. The new product is the perfect solution for quick and easy repairs.

fischer fill & fix is ideal for filling and repairing broken-out, excessively wide or badly set drill holes, no matter in which building material. The compound is simply injected into the drill hole where it expands to a predefined volume and where it can be loaded after a short period. fill & fix is suitable for all building materials and also works in difficult and low quality building substances.

The adhesive compound has properties similar to wood and has been developed for fixing light-weight objects in the interior and in UV-protected areas. Screws, eyebolts and hooks with diameters between two and six millimetres can be turned directly into the hardened compound, no drilling, no plug is required.

Existing drill holes can be used again, new building members can be installed at their original position. If another object is to be fixed later to the same spot, simply use thicker and/or longer screws, eyebolts or hooks. The solvent-free and paintable two-component injection compound is also suitable for sealing drill holes before painting.

The packing unit includes a cartridge with two static mixers, four perforated sleeves for cavity building materials and two extension hoses. The content of one injection cartridge is sufficient for at least four drill holes with a diameter of 12 mm and 50 millimetres in depth. The cartridges are resealable and can so be used at intervals of several months.

As the liquid fixing can be used regardless of drill hole size, screw type and diameter and in virtually any kind of building material, it offers ultimate flexibility. fill & fix is the ideal solution for quick and easy fixing ceiling and wall-mounted lights, picture frames, motion detectors, small wall shelves, towel holders, small mirror cabinets, letter boxes and curtain rails. The liquid fixing can be used in concrete, densely structured stonework, solid bricks, sand-lime bricks, cavity and perforated bricks, aerated concrete bricks, honeycomb bricks, cellular concrete, cavity ceiling boards, gypsum boards and panel building materials.
